One of the large Insurance Company which provides and underwrites property and casualty insurance policies in 34 states of United States of America since 1946 needed help for production support, enhancement and maintenance for their insurance application. |
| Digitek Professional not only provided Production support, Application maintenance/enhancement but also Project planning services for the insurance application based on the AS/400 system. The work included development of Auto, Home, Dwelling fire and Mobile home Raters as well as Claims management, Billing and Policy Printing areas. Digitek Professional also provided support for the system to process $9 Million book of business rollover, which is roughly about 11000 policies. |
