Digitek uses three basic methodologies - Resource Management, Project Management and Contract Management.

Project Management Using project management disciplines our approach manages the processes, procedures, methods and tools starting with understanding and filling our client’s requirements, and continues through the retention of the resources, accurate invoicing, and monitoring the quality performance of our deliverable. The primary Project management disciplines that we will use are: • Proposal management • Project planning and monitoring • Change management • Issue and problem management • Risk management
Contract Management Digitek prides itself as being a company that is easy to do business with and being driven by quality and customer satisfaction. Our objective with clients is to be their preferred resource partner as a result of our quality and the ease of doing business with us. When new clients are established, we ensure that our processes align with the client’s procedures, and if necessary, we modify our processes and procedures to simplify the business interface.
