| Digitek worked on the Community Schools Payment Process System, which is based on Legacy System, to handle payment and related process to all the employees. As this was a very old system, the Department needed enhancements and modification. Digitek helped them to check the current system and implement enhancements such as elimination zero payment reporting system, WEB FTE verification process to handle duplicated student ID's, re-design of the approved community school grades for the payments, etc. These enhancements improved CSPS scalability and reliability, significantly reduced the time spent on both system maintenance and support. |
