| Digitek assisted in integration of Island Pacific system, which is a third party retail system. It was essential to integrate their existing retail system with Island Pacific for a smooth transition. Digitek developed IPVERFY process which interacted with the IP (Island Pacific) system and updated the native files and generated reports based on the information received from Island pacific. The Digitek team also developed Label Verification Process to enhance the merger. This system was used to verify the labels, which were used to ship the items from the warehouse to the various stores. |
